THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How long does it take to receive a finished product after I place my order?
    On average, it takes us EIGHT to TEN weeks to process and produce your custom item(s). This is an estimate as other factors may affect our timeline. Such as: when we receive your petals, orders with a large quantity of items, and time of year (busy seasons include Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day etc.). Please contact us for a more specific timeline.
  • Can I use old or dried petals
    Yes. You may use and ship old dried flower petals as long as there is no mildew on the petals. Learn how on our "Ship Your Petals" page.
  • Can I ship fresh flowers?
    Yes. You may ship fresh flowers and petals. Learn how on our "Ship Your Petals" page.
  • Can you customize a piece?
    Yes. We are happy to work with you to bring your custom vision to life when possible.
  • How many flower petals are required for an item?
    The amount of flower petals required is dependent on the specific items. However, one rose can produce SIXTY to SEVENTY beads. Additional colors will require more flower petals. Smaller items, such as rings and necklaces, require FIVE to SIX rose size petals. Additional petals will be needed if the petals are small. Please contact us for a more specific amount.
  • If I purchase multiple items, will I receive a discount?
    At this time, we do not offer discounts for orders with multiple items. However, orders over $50 will receive free shipping.
  • What colors can I choose for beads?
    Bead colors are completely customizable. We can match any color or shade. The color of your flower petals does not have to determine bead color. For example, some of our customers choose a lighter or darker contrasting color. You can send an example color along with your flower petals.
  • Can the beads get wet?
    Yes. Our beads are durable and water resistant.
  • Are the beads polished?
    All beads in rings, pendants, earrings, ornaments, keychains, and small beaded bracelets are polished using a varnish or resin. This produces a high gloss shine. Rosaries, full beaded bracelets, and loose beads will have a matte finish. However, with use and handling, the beads will develop a shine. This allows for more petals to be used in each bead.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    All orders over $50 include free shipping. For orders UNDER one pound, we ship USPS First Class. For orders OVER one pound, we ship USPS Priority. 0-0.5lb =$3.00 0.5-0.62lb =$3.50 0.62-0.812lb =$4.00 0.812-1lb =$4.50 ​ 1-2lbs =$6.75 2-3lbs =$7.75 3-4lbs =$8.00 4-5lbs =$8.50 5+lbs= $13.00
  • What kinds of flowers can be used?
    We can use most all flower varieties. There are a few that do not work well. Flowers that cannot be used at all: hypericum flowers, orange pincushions Flowers that do not dry very well but can still be used (although will not have great color): spider mums, orchids, cala lillies Flowers that cannot be used on rounded items like beads: leucadendron proteas ( conebushes), stasis, eryngium flower Make note that lambs ear turns almost black in process If the flowers you would like to use are not on this list, they will likely work very well.   • Return & Exchange Policy
    Because orders and final products are custom made using personal flower petals, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), please contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we will work with you toward a solution.
  • Cancelation Policy
    Orders may only be canceled if we have not started the process of creating the purchased items. In this case, you will receive a full refund for the items you purchased. If we have not started the process and you would like your flower petals to be returned to you, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If we have started the process of creating your order, you will not receive a refund. Nor can we guarantee the return of any of your flower petals.
  • Damaged Goods
    If your order arrives damaged, we will do our best to replace any damaged items. This includes sending additional parts if necessary. A picture of the damaged order or item(s) must be sent within THREE days of receiving it.
  • Flower Petals Lost in Mail
    Be sure to keep your tracking number when sending your flower petals in the mail. We are not responsible for any lost petals.
  • Resizing Policy
    A small fee will be required to resize an item that does not fit specifications. This fee covers additional supplies, shipping, and time. Please send the item back to us in order for it it be adjusted. We are unable to adjust or resize rings at this time.
  • Inadequate Postage
    Packages with inadequate postage will be sent back to you. Delaying your order processing timeline.
